A young man who started as a simple customer service agent in 2009 when he migrated to the Dominican Republic, my love and passion for the job paved my way to higher positions along his journey, from project and language trainer to quality assurance specialist, to team manager for 4+ years in Alorica a well-known BPO in the Dominican Republic.
I started my freelancing journey in 2015 on Upwork, and I've worked with approximately 30 different businesses around the world. I currently ranked among the top 10% in my area of expertise on the Upwork platform. During the pandemic I decided to share my experience of the freelance lifestyle to the young professionals whom are looking for better opportunities, sell their skills and knowledge to world work marketplace.
I am currently the Lead Customer Service Manager in a French e-learning Startup named MentorShow. Started a freelance agency to help Haitian freelancers connect with worldwide clients.
